This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Manager — Measure Marketing based in Spain.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will build trusted, long-term relationships with B2B clients while ensuring their digital marketing investments deliver measurable business results. You will connect SEO, paid search, content, and emerging AI-powered search strategies to outcomes such as visibility, qualified traffic, and lead generation. Acting as the primary client contact, you will translate complex performance data into clear insights, strategic recommendations, and actionable plans. You will work closely with SEO, PPC, content, web, and development specialists to keep projects aligned with client objectives. By proactively identifying risks and opportunities, you will strengthen retention, improve customer satisfaction, and support account growth. This is a fully remote opportunity requiring at least five hours of daily overlap with North American Eastern Time.
You will take ownership of client relationships, account performance, and delivery coordination, ensuring that every client understands the value of the work being delivered. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients. Lead regular check-ins, monthly reporting meetings, and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate progress and establish priorities for the next 90 days.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Interpret data from GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, HubSpot, and agency reporting platforms. Explain performance trends, their business implications, and recommended next steps in clear, accessible language.
SEO, PPC, and AI Search Strategy: Help clients understand developments in traditional and AI-powered search, including AI Overviews, zero-click results, and citations in tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity. Connect GEO, AEO, SEO, and PPC performance to visibility, qualified traffic, leads, and cost per lead.
Content and Conversion Optimization: Align content strategies with client objectives, identify gaps affecting search visibility, and flag situations where increased traffic or advertising clicks fail to generate more leads. Coordinate conversion rate optimization improvements with web teams.
Customer Retention and Account Health: Monitor account performance, customer sentiment, and retention indicators. Develop recovery plans for accounts at risk, escalate accounts that remain in critical status for more than 30 days, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Project and Delivery Coordination: Translate client success plans into actionable ClickUp projects with clear owners, milestones, and deadlines. Coordinate SEO, PPC, content, web, and development teams while managing expectations, scope, and profitability.
CRM and Workflow Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HubSpot records, automate repetitive reporting and follow-up activities, and use AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency.
Client Communication and Escalation: Address concerns proactively, manage difficult conversations, resolve escalations, and ensure that clients receive timely, accountable responses.
Performance Ownership: Contribute to customer satisfaction, NPS, retained revenue, and account expansion through strong relationships and measurable client outcomes.
