As a Cyber Security-Senior Associate, you will focus on providing comprehensive security solutions and experience across various domains, maintaining the protection of client systems and data. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will apply a broad understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to address diverse security challenges effectively. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work to identify vulnerabilities, develop secure systems, and provide proactive solutions to safeguard sensitive data. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. This position offers the chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect client systems and data
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and implementing security measures to address identified risks
- Managing security incidents and coordinating response efforts to minimize impact
- Designing and maintaining security architecture to support organizational objectives
- Applying cybersecurity frameworks and policies to enhance system protection
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and address diverse security challenges
- Utilizing critical thinking to analyze complex cybersecurity issues and develop solutions
- Interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations for security improvements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all cybersecurity practices
- Building meaningful client relationships and guiding junior team members in cybersecurity initiatives
What You Must Have
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Studies, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to enterprise cybersecurity governance and operations, including CISSP, CISM, CCNA or equivalent security credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and policies
- Utilizing cybersecurity strategies to enhance security architecture
- Managing security incidents and conducting vulnerability assessments
- Excelling in communication to build meaningful client relationships
- Navigating complex situations with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
