Make data clear and actionable for teams across Basic-Fit
You don’t want to just build dashboards.
You want your reports to be used, trusted, and understood.
You want to see decisions being made because of what you built.
At Basic-Fit, teams across the organisation rely on data to serve millions of members across Europe. The reports you build and own will be used tomorrow by people who need answers today.
This Is What Your Role Looks Like
You’ll join the central Data Platform Team as the Data Analyst for our central, cross-functional reports and for teams that don’t have an analyst of their own. You’ll work directly with the business, from the first question to a clear, finished report that people actually use. Over time, you’ll help teams take ownership of their own reports.
In a typical week, you might:
- own and maintain central reports that are not tied to a single team
- build and maintain reporting for teams without a dedicated analyst
- investigate data questions and ad-hoc requests from across the business
- tell the story behind the numbers and present insights in a way that supports better decisions
- apply data visualisation best practices and standards to keep reports clear and consistent
- work with Data Platform Engineers to get the right data in place in Databricks for your reports
- improve existing reports on clarity, performance and usability
- automate recurring reports and enable self-service
- use AI to speed up your analysis and reporting work
Good ideas don’t stay in slide decks here - they get built.
The team you’ll work with
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary Data Platform Team with:

- A mindset of enabling others: you like to document, automate and hand over
- Attention to detail and data quality: you validate your numbers and spot inconsistencies
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with Databricks, Python or Fabric is a plus
- Experience using AI tools to speed up analysis and reporting is a plus
