Responsibilities
Provide expertise in PowerBi Analytics
Create data models, advanced DAX calculations, and custom measures to support business analytics needs
Create ELT flows, Data warehousing, Azure Data Pipelines
Stay up to date with Power BI features and best practices.
Innovate and be creative in your data analysis, problem solving and presentation of solutions
Cross functional capabilities in various teams in Advance Analytics
Handle outages or issues raised on Service now in the form of tickets / incidents
Bi-monthly presentation on the concepts & new features which can be implemented in the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years’ experience in data analytics along with UG / PG degree
Good understanding of PowerBI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud Solutions (Azure) + Python.
Experience in Snowflake, MS Fabric, Tabular Editor, Paginated reports, Power automate & dbt
Build and maintain scalable data models using modern tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt). Translate defined business logic into clean and reusable datasets.
Experience in supporting Analytic solution roll outs and working across different time zones.
Experience managing projects or working towards a deadline.
Working with clients or customers internal or external.
Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization.
Willingness to accommodate work schedules that align with onsite hours & weekend schedules
Upskill on new technologies to implement on the job / new business requirement
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy
Clear communication skills
Communicate data issues, variances and root-cause findings with clear analysis and recommendations
