Job description & summary
Are you a student with a passion for data and a desire to see how it's used in real business? Join our team and start building your career in data analytics — working on actual client projects.
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will join a supportive team of experienced analysts, data engineers, and architects. Together, we dig into large datasets, uncover key information, clean and transform data, and use it to automate business processes.
You don't need to be an expert yet. We will guide you, teach you real-world skills, and help you grow into a confident data professional. You will:
- Learn to navigate large, complex databases and identify the data that matters.
- Clean, structure, and prepare data for analysis and further use.
- Help define transformation rules and derive new insights from raw data.
- Assist in building reports, dashboards, and visualizations that tell a clear story.
- Work with modern tools and platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and MS Fabric.
- Learn directly from experienced analysts and engineers on real client projects.
- Develop your communication and presentation skills — we believe a great analyst can explain what the data means, not just what it shows.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, developers, and testing teams.
- Opportunity for career growth into a full-time data analyst, data architect, or other specialized roles.
What matters to us
- You are currently studying a technical, IT, or data-related field
- You have a foundational knowledge of SQL or Python and a genuine interest in developing it further
- You think analytically — you enjoy spotting patterns, asking "why," and paying attention to detail
- You communicate well and are eager to learn how to present data insights to non-technical audiences
What will help you stand out
- Familiarity with data warehousing, data lakehouse, or data modeling concepts
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Hands-on exposure to tools like Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric
- Knowledge of Python, PySpark, or Spark
- Awareness of CI/CD practices or Infrastructure as Code
- Any exposure to banking or insurance industry data
Why you'll enjoy working here
- Professional growth that matches your ambitions and pace. Gain in months the kind of experience that can take years to build elsewhere.
- Fair pay with no gaps. We are among the few companies in the Czech Republic certified for Equal Pay.
- A flexible benefits programme with 15,000 points to spend on what matters most to you.
- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working options.
- We support your learning and development journey: Benefit from ongoing training and certifications in consulting, business, and technology skills, including Agile and project management, data analytics (Power BI, Python, Alteryx, Tableau), cloud and Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Platform), business process analysis, and consulting essentials, such as stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- A buddy programme, regular feedback, and access to a coach who can support your professional development and career path.
- Extensive well-being support and initiatives promoting a healthy lifestyle, from Dr. Digital and Human Dynamic programmes to workplace yoga and running events.
- An ultrabook and an iPhone with unlimited data.
- Social events and Away Days.
