As a Data Analytics Tester Senior Associate - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in our Software and Product Innovation team, focusing on testing and quality assurance. Your work will involve evaluating systems and software applications to identify defects, errors, or gaps in functionality, confirming they meet specified requirements and perform as expected. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions that address the evolving needs of clients.
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work and embracing increased ambiguity as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Executing various test cases and scenarios to validate system functionality and performance
- Applying analytical thinking to identify defects, errors, or gaps in software applications
- Utilizing automation testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborating with team members to gather information and analyze facts for quality assurance
- Managing defect identification and resolution processes to maintain software quality
- Implementing quality assurance best practices to support software and product innovation
- Conducting performance testing to assess system reliability and responsiveness
- Engaging in debugging and fault analysis to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Developing and maintaining test environments to support comprehensive testing activities
- Documenting test results and providing feedback to improve software development processes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
