Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Data Domain Expert to join our Global Product Data Management team. In this role, you will act as the owner and subject matter expert for a specific business data domain, ensuring data quality, governance, and continuous improvement across our European organization.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, operational teams, and technical teams to define data standards, drive data-related initiatives, and ensure that critical business data supports effective decision-making and business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoys taking ownership of complex data processes.
Key responsibilities:
Own and manage a specific business data domain (Sales, Procurement, or Finance), ensuring data quality and governance standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and implement best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor on data standards, policies, and governance across the organization.
Monitor and maintain the quality, consistency, and usability of business-critical data.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage priorities and challenges in a dynamic environment.
What we are looking for:
3–5+ years of experience in Data Management, Master Data, Business Operations, Data Governance, Business Analysis, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
Experience working with business data and understanding how data impacts operational and commercial processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutions.
Demonstrated experience improving processes and implementing structured ways of working.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge and influence business partners when required.
Experience working with databases, data analysis tools, data visualization platforms, or data governance frameworks.
Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
Spanish is considered a plus but is not required.
Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Purchasing Operations, or related functions.
Understanding of supplier, purchasing, and sourcing data processes.
Experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Financial Operations, or related areas.
Understanding of financial master data and finance-related business processes.
