As a Data Scientist Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging advanced analytics techniques to drive insights and support clients in optimizing their operations and achieving strategic goals. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on utilizing analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, driving data-driven decision-making and solving complex business problems. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Leading data analysis projects to extract insights and drive data-driven decision-making
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to optimize client operations and achieve strategic goals
- Developing and implementing data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling strategies
- Managing complex data sets to support clients in solving business problems
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of data pipelines and data warehouses
- Confirming data integrity and security within analytics frameworks
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and professional growth
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in complex data analysis and data modeling
- Utilizing machine learning techniques to drive data-driven insights
- Excelling in dashboard creation and data visualization for strategic decision-making
- Embracing change and innovation to enhance data analytics processes
- Mentoring team members in data science methodologies and tools
