Remote only
Fanatics Collect is redefining the trading card industry, connecting passionate collector communities with the products they love. We're backed by Fanatics — a $31B company and the world's largest sports merchandiser, with 900+ sports relationships and exclusive MLB, NFL, and NBA licensing.
Our commerce engine spans three connected marketplaces: Fanatics Live (live breaking, buy-now and auction), the Fanatics Collect Marketplace (our secondary marketplace and auction house), and TOPPS.com (primary market e-commerce for new releases and drops).
We're a distributed team across time zones and countries. We hire for intelligence and kindness, value context over control, and expect ownership — hands-on, decisive, comfortable with ambiguity.
The Fanatics Collect Marketplace is our secondary marketplace and auction house — the trusted, always-on venue collectors rely on to buy and sell at scale, spanning Buy Now fixed-price listings and ongoing Weekly and Premier Auctions.
We're looking for a Design Lead to own this experience end to end: making it the most enjoyable, the most trusted, the most engaging, and the easiest way for collectors to find and buy the cards they're looking for.
You'll partner closely with the Director of Product Design, Fanatics Collect E-commerce, and with the design leads for Fanatics Live and TOPPS.com, so the Marketplace feels like one part of a single, coherent Fanatics Collect experience — not a separate product.
If you don't tick every box, talk to us anyway. We know the "perfect candidate" doesn't exist, and we want people who bring their own perspective to Fanatics Collect.
Ensure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don’t fall victim to fraud. Fanatics never seeks payment from job applicants. Feel free to ask your recruiter for a phone call or other type of communication for interview, and ensure your communication is coming from a Fanatics email address (including @collectfanatics.com). For added security, where possible, apply through our company website at www.fanaticsinc.com/careers
