Team Overview

• Work closely with Engineering Manager, Product, UX, QA, and platform teams to develop scalable full-stack applications that integrate with enterprise platforms and services.
• A hands-on engineer with a test-driven mindset, contributing high-quality, production-ready frontend and backend code.
• Drive UI architecture, reusable component libraries, and backend service development while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate across teams to establish engineering best practices, design standards, and development frameworks.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, quality, documentation, and innovation.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience building modern full-stack applications. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline.

• Strong coding and debugging skills in Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

• Hands-on experience designing and developing responsive, accessible, and scalable user interfaces.

• Strong understanding of UI architecture, state management, component-driven development, performance optimization, and application scalability.

• Experience building reusable Design Systems.

• Hands-on experience with Storybook for component documentation and standardization.

• Experience developing REST APIs, backend services, and integrating frontend applications with enterprise systems.

• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Experience with CI/CD tools, automated testing, release pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Hands-on experience with Git, code reviews, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows.

• Familiarity with AI-powered engineering tools such as Copilot, Claude, or equivalent solutions.

• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
