Requirements
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience, including 3+ years in a lead or principal role - Proven track record designing and scaling distributed systems in production - Strong experience leading and mentoring engineering teams - Deep expertise in backend languages (Java, Go, Python, Node.js, or similar) -Extensive knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and modern infrastructure practices - Strong understanding of database design, caching, messaging, and high-concurrency systems - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
