Job Description:

Position: Device Engineer (GaN)

Report to: Director, GaN Products

Location: Chengdu

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build wafer level GaN measurement capabilities.
• Perform wafer level device characterizations, including DC/Pulsed/CV measurements. 
• Perform wafer level stress tests and accelerated rel. Tests. 
• Perform data analysis including device physics modeling/extraction and statistical analysis. 
• Asist in device modeling.
• Work cross functional team with PE, TE and RE, offering device level guidance. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• M.S. Degree or higher, majoring in microelectronics.
• Good knowledge of semiconductor device fundamentals, device physics, modeling, design and fabrication.
• Hands on experience in semiconductor device characterization.
• Good math and physics foundations. Eager to learn. Have a strong sense of urgency.
• Familiar with coding (equipment control/automation, python, AI agent assisted coding).
