You shape and enhance our central document management platform, Alfresco, and develop solutions that simplify everyday work for our customers. As part of an agile team, you work with modern methodologies and help ensure quality, security, and stability. You are responsible for operating a highly secure Alfresco environment and ensuring its reliable performance. Together with your team, you continuously evolve the architecture, interfaces, and cloud environments, while actively contributing your own ideas.

• Design and implement deployments and tests, handle incidents and service requests, and provide second- and third-level support
• Work closely with Product Management and the team to plan the backlog and continuously improve quality, stability, and performance
• Collaborate in a highly engaged team with a strong culture of knowledge sharing, flexibility, and ownership

Your skills

• Degree in Computer Science (ETH, University, University of Applied Sciences) or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in Java development, including architecture design, test automation, and monitoring
• Experience with cloud orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, as well as modern operations and monitoring practices
• Solid understanding of secure, automated deployments and agile, lean principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify relationships and draw the right conclusions
• Structured, self-driven working style and enjoyment of collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, and team-player attitude
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
