About Dialpad
Dialpad is the AI platform for customer experience, built to resolve customer problems in real time across voice and digital. Our AI agents learn from your best human agents and improve with every interaction, helping organizations understand their customers, deliver better experiences, increase operational efficiencies, and build a lasting competitive advantage.
Unlike legacy systems built to route and answer, or standalone agentic bot vendors built to deflect, Dialpad was built to resolve. Our AI agents and human agents operate on a single platform with shared context, allowing Agentic AI to resolve issues, advance deals, and eliminate busywork through automation while seamlessly handing conversations to humans when needed, with full context preserved.
Market-leading brands, including Randstad, Motorola Solutions, Netflix, the San Diego Padres, the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, and Cal Athletics, trust Dialpad. Dialpad is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, GV, ICONIQ Capital, and T-Mobile.
Being a Dialer
At Dialpad, AI isn’t just a feature; it’s how our teams do their best work every day. We put powerful AI tools in every employee’s hands so they can move faster, think bigger, and achieve more.
We believe every conversation matters. And we’ve built the platform that turns those conversations into insight and action, for our customers and ourselves.
We look for people who are intensely curious and hold themselves to a high bar. Our ambition is significant, and achieving it requires a team that operates at the highest level. We seek individuals who embody our core traits: Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic.
About the Dialership Program
At Dialpad, Continuous Innovation and Doing the Right Thing aren't just values — they're how we build. We believe the future is agentic, and we're committed to creating real access and opportunity for the next generation of leaders who will shape it. The Dialership Program is our way of opening that door.
Dialership is a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes of an Agentic AI-powered technology company — one that is actively leading the shift from AI that simply answers to AI that reasons, decides, and acts. Participants spend 2 hours per week exploring the different business functions that power Dialpad, gaining insights and coaching directly from leaders at the forefront of the agentic era.
The program runs virtually from June through August 2027. Because our focus is education, no work projects will be assigned, and the program is unpaid.
Upon successful completion, Dialership participants will receive a certificate of completion to share on their resume and LinkedIn.
Your role
As a Dialership participant, you'll attend two sessions per week and hear directly from Dialers about their roles, what they and their teams are working on, their career journeys, and the skills they believe matter most for success in the industry. Every session is designed to be both informative and interactive, giving you a real look at what each function does and how it all comes together inside an Agentic AI company.
You'll explore a wide range of business areas, including:
Along the way, you'll have the chance to network with key leaders, get feedback on your resume and LinkedIn profile, and experience firsthand what makes Dialpad's culture so special.
About you
You're curious about technology, business communications, or AI, and you're excited about the idea of learning from people who are building the future of it. You can come from any background — high school, college, career transition, US-based, or international — and you're ready to commit 2 hours per week to show up, engage, and connect with the industry leaders who will be in the room with you.
