At Crowe, consultants are expected to build both technical and transferable skills, think critically, and use technology to solve real business problems. In this role, you will continuously learn, collaborate across teams, and explore how tools, including emerging AI capabilities, can improve efficiency, insights, and client outcomes.
As you grow, you’ll also begin to take ownership of client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and support the delivery of high-impact work. Developing a sense of account leadership, including understanding client needs, ensuring delivery excellence, and building trusted partnerships, is part of what sets successful consultants apart.
Success in this role comes from a growth mindset, strong communication skills, advanced critical thinking, and the ability to navigate new challenges with confidence.
As a Digital Forensic team member in Crowe’s Consulting Practice, you will be assisting in the implementation of the most efficient and defensible methods to assess data from both traditional and diversified sources for preservation, review, analysis and reporting while using the most advanced eDiscovery tools in the market. The role requires sufficient technical skill to understand and address data file issues, identify and navigate network problems, and diagnose issues. The role also requires the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users, helping them meet their discovery deadlines. At Crowe, we empower you to take risks, challenge yourself in specialized areas of consulting & technology, and generate solutions that impact the firm and your professional growth. Crowe cultivates a creative corporate culture where you will have the opportunity to share your ideas and knowledge with clients from your very first day with the firm.

Strong academic performance and a commitment to professional growth
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to complete assignments with limited supervision
Knowledge of and adherence to forensically sound methodologies and procedures
Strong judgment with the ability to identify and escalate potential issues when necessary
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel
Willing to support forensic lab operations and contribute to related areas of the firm as needed
Commitment to completing annual training and certifications required for the role
Education:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Forensics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
