MileOne is now hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator for our internal Marketing team. This position will be an onsite position at our corporate office in Towson, MD.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with them on day-to-day initiatives and help manage vendor and internal partner communications. The role’s focus will be coordinating digital projects across 70+ websites. The main core responsibilities include but are not limited to: product launches, site enhancements, contributing to enterprise-wide marketing projects, coordinating with interdepartmental and external teams, and optimizing inventory presence across first- and third-party platforms. Strategic thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an adaptable mindset will be key to this individual’s success and their role in enhancing MileOne Autogroup’s online presence.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate website projects in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors on a daily basis.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the website provider, managing day-to-day project priorities, timelines, deliverables, and communication with internal teams.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of website tool launches, integrations, and enhancements, including enrollments, implementation coordination, testing, quality assurance, and post-launch validation.
  • Oversee the ongoing functionality of website tools, proactively identifying issues, coordinating troubleshooting, and managing enhancements with internal teams and vendors.
  • Facilitate communication with external vendors, working closely with internal subject-matter experts to provide direction and ensure projects stay on track.

 

• Maintain and optimize vehicle listing sites.
  • Ensure group-wide strategies across our inventory management systems, dealership websites, and third-party listings are accurate, consistent, and aligned.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory presence by coordinating solutions and optimizations with the necessary teams.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing teams to optimize and oversee dealer profiles.
  • Attend vendor meetings with Digital team to keep up with key trends, learn new features, and communicate updates as needed.

 

• Contribute to additional large-scale digital, communications, and technical projects.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date departmental resources, ensuring information and materials are readily accessible to internal teams.

• • Assist with monitoring and reporting for various marketing efforts (i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Provide support for timely cross-team projects and initiatives.

• Attend strategy and planning meetings with marketing, creative staff and digital agency.
• Help develop ideas for engaging campaigns to achieve business goal.

 

• Acquire knowledge of digital marketing in the automotive business
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to identify potential challenges and opportunities to impact the business.
  • Prioritize your personal growth as a digital marketer in the automotive industry.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Advertising/Marketing, Communications or Business preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing experience in agency or client environment with a focus on digital advertising/marketing, and analytics. Automotive or retail experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, a bonus.
• Knowledge/familiarity with other relative programs and software are a plus (Google Analytics, CRM/database, HTML, Adobe).
