- Drive Closed-Loop Execution: Partner with the PXM and technology teams to create and refine "closed-loop" processes, ensuring that insights from analytics are seamlessly integrated into our PIM (Salsify) and other platforms to enable rapid updates and optimization.
- Strategic Business Partnership: Work closely with the PXM Community, Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Sales teams to understand their priorities and deliver insights that support superior decision-making and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Standardize & Govern KPIs: Define, standardize, and govern the key metrics for measuring digital shelf performance across all markets, ensuring alignment with our global analytics framework and the "Perfect Digital Store" program.
- Leverage Multiple Data Sources: Integrate data from various sources, including Digital Shelf Analytics (DSA) solutions, retailer platforms, and internal systems, to build a cohesive and comprehensive view of our digital performance.
- Inform Retail Media Strategy: Utilize DSA insights on competitor strategy and search positioning to partner with marketing teams, informing and optimizing retail media ad purchases and campaign strategies.
