Digital Transformation & IT Specialist

EDUCATION:       Grade 12/Equivalent

                 Tertiary Qualification in IT Diploma/Degree  

                 Advantage- Mechanical Engineering

                        PRINCE2/PMP certifications – Advantageous

                 Digital Transformation, Agile/Scrum, Industry 4.0 or relevant would be added advantage

EXPERIENCE:       5 Years Experience

REQUIREMENTS: Strategy thinker with a passion for innovation, Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at

                               all levels                                            

                               Proven experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture

                               Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

                                Familiarity with data analytics, automation tools, and cybersecurity frameworks

Key Accountabilities:

• Strategy & Roadmap
• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, cloud adoption, and emerging technologies.
• Technology Implementation
• Lead the deployment of modern IT solutions including cloud platforms, data analytics, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
• Process Optimization
• Analyze current IT processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Champion agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage organizational change and adoption of digital tools.
• Provide training and support to ensure smooth transitions.
• Innovation & Emerging Tech
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, cybersecurity, IoT, and digital workplace solutions.

• Recommend innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value

General

• Comply with and enforce all KSB policies and procedures
• Assist fellow employees with daily calibration functions as and when required.
• Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time
