- Identify delivery risks proactively, resolve complex issues, and drive practical solutions that protect client outcomes and support long-term scalability.
- Own portfolio financial performance, including P&L, margin targets, revenue performance, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
- Create executive-level visibility into portfolio health, key risks, scope decisions, dependencies, milestones, and actions required to support successful delivery.
- Partner closely with the Product team to translate client feedback, implementation learnings, recurring pain points, and enhancement needs into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Support, Operations, and Product teams to improve handoffs, align expectations, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and strengthen the overall client experience.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, playbooks, metrics, automation opportunities, and operating practices to increase consistency, efficiency, and predictability.
- Identify opportunities to expand client value while ensuring delivery commitments, scope considerations, and commercial implications are clearly understood.
