In this role, you will own Bose's consolidated financial planning and performance management processes, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), three-year plan, monthly performance reporting, and executive and Board financial reporting. You will work closely with FP&A leaders across Bose's business units and functions to develop an integrated enterprise financial view and serve as a key finance partner to the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team.

You will also help advance how FP&A operates across Bose, including ownership and evolution of enterprise FP&A tools, systems, reporting, and planning capabilities. Success requires the ability to move seamlessly between financial detail and enterprise strategy, synthesize complex information into a clear point of view, and influence senior leaders through strong business judgment and financial storytelling.

• Partner closely with Accounting during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes to ensure financial results are understood, appropriately reflected in management reporting, and translated into actionable business insights.
• Provide leadership across the broader FP&A organization by establishing common standards, frameworks, and practices for planning, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and executive communication.
