We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As the Director, Field Reimbursement, you will provide strategic leadership for supporting patient access and reimbursement strategy across our U.S. Pharmaceutical Glaucoma and Dry Eye portfolio. Leading a geographically dispersed team of Field Access Managers, you will shape and execute scalable market access, patient access, and reimbursement strategies that help optimize access to therapy and drive business success.
