Responsibilities:
Supervision:
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field with 10+ years work experience and 5+ years financial management experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods industry.
· CPA certification required
· Work experience must include both commercial finance and controllership
· Previous experience managing a diverse portfolio and team required
· Proven ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment, ability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment
· Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
· Ability to analyze and assimilate relevant data into key financial recommendations and decisions.
· Background and experience in P&L management
· Demonstrated critical thinking skills, including leveraging analytics, benchmarking and insights to generate meaningful strategies and solutions
· Strong leadership, interpersonal, communications, organizational and financial skills – ability to interact with all levels of management.
· Proven ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers, peers and effectively managing those relationships
· Experience working in a multi-location, preferably a multi-national organization
· Demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge
· Systems savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Experience with SAP preferred

Compensation:
Pay Range:143,000-$193,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
