Risk Management & Decision Support
You will lead scenario modeling and risk analysis across wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, substrates, assembly, and test operations. Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide data-driven recommendations that support investment decisions, supply continuity, customer commitments, and long-term business success.
AI & Digital Planning Transformation
You will help accelerate Cisco's adoption of AI-enabled planning by combining human expertise with intelligent digital capabilities. Through automation, predictive analytics, real-time insights, and scenario-based decision support, you will modernize planning processes and enhance how decisions are made across the organization.
Your leadership will help improve planning speed, increase visibility across the supply chain, and enable teams to focus more time on strategic decision-making and innovation.
Global Leadership & Team Development
You will lead and inspire a distributed team spanning regions, cultures, and time zones. By creating an inclusive environment where different perspectives are valued, you will help individuals grow, contribute, and achieve their full potential.
