- Oversee integrated shutdown schedules, critical path analysis, resourcing strategies, and execution scenarios to optimize site performance and minimize disruption.
- Ensure shutdown planning and execution comply with cGMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards, supported by robust risk management, escalation, and governance processes.
- Establish an executive communication framework that provides clear visibility into status, risks, key decisions, and overall execution readiness for site and enterprise leadership.
- Lead post-shutdown performance reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen future shutdown planning and enhance operational resilience.
