Charter Manufacturing is a fourth-generation family-owned business where our will to grow drives us to do it better. Join the team and become part of our family!
At Charter Steel, Finance is more than a reporting function. It is a true partner to the business. We are looking for a strategic finance leader who can help shape the direction of our business, bring strong financial and business acumen to important decisions, and work collaboratively across functions to turn strategy into action.
This leader will play an important role in helping Charter Steel plan for both today and the future, leading short- and long-term forecasting, annual business planning, financial analysis and reporting, and the monthly financial close. They will serve as a trusted financial partner to our leadership team while also leading the finance team supporting our Commercial and Supply Chain organizations and General Accounting.
Our leadership culture is highly collaborative, and this role will work closely with leaders across the broader organization. We are looking for someone who can understand the business beyond the numbers. Someone who can connect financial insight to business strategy, challenge thinking constructively, identify opportunities and help leaders make informed decisions.
Just as important, we are looking for an exceptional people leader. Someone who enjoys building capability, developing talent and creating an environment where people are challenged, supported and connected to the broader business. The right leader will combine strong financial expertise with curiosity, sound judgment, business partnership and the ability to influence well beyond the Finance organization.
