Healthcare for older adults is stuck in the past. Today, 93% of Americans aged 65+ live with at least one chronic health condition, yet the care they receive is overwhelmingly reactive instead of preventive and shaped by the misplaced belief that the average 70-year-old can’t use technology.
Sailor Health is defining what modern, AI-native care looks like for older adults. Our virtual platform brings together behavioral health, wellness classes, and healthcare advocacy, with more products on the way. In tandem, our voice AI agents help patients navigate their health between visits, while AI copilots help our providers deliver higher quality, more effective care.
Sailor has exceptional product market fit:
Exponential growth: We serve tens of thousands of patients and cover 37 million Medicare lives across all 50 states, with organic demand making Sailor one of the fastest growing companies in healthcare.
AI powered, deeply human care: We harness the power of AI while keeping human connection at the center of care, creating an experience that feels personal, continuous, and deeply human.
Talent dense team: We are a 25 person team in our NYC office and are backed by the founders of Ramp, Nourish, and Headway.

We're hiring a Director of Growth Partnerships to lead and scale Sailor's provider partnerships function. You'll report to the Head of Growth and own the channel that turns primary care practices, health systems, and community organizations into referral partners for their patients 65 and older.
Today, our Provider Partnership Managers (PPMs) are in the field across six states, building referral relationships one practice at a time. The model works. Your job is to take it to the next level: more markets, more PPMs, stronger managers, and enterprise partnerships that bring referrals at a scale no single territory can.
The role has two parts:
Scale the field team: You'll lead our PPMs and build the layer of management above them as we grow. You'll own hiring, coaching, playbooks, territory design, and the systems that make performance predictable in every market we enter.
Lead enterprise partnerships: You'll own our largest partnerships with health systems, ACOs, physician groups, and Medicare Advantage plans.
Lead and scale the PPM team: hire with a structured process, coach and develop PPMs, and build the next layer of field leadership.
Run consistent execution across markets: own the core field systems, from onboarding and the partnership playbook to territory plans and referral dashboards.
Own the numbers: set market targets for referrals, active referring accounts, and referral to patient conversion, and run the weekly pacing rhythm.
Spend time in the field: ride along with PPMs and give skills based feedback, because the best coaching happens in the car between visits.
Lead enterprise and payer partnerships: own relationships with our largest health system, ACO, physician group, and Medicare Advantage partners, turning contracts into active referral channels.
Open new markets and connect the field to HQ: build the launch plan for each new market, turn company priorities into field ready action plans, and keep every partnership compliant with Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and Medicare rules.
5+ years in healthcare sales, partnerships, or business development: ideally in a high growth, field based team selling into providers, health systems, or payers.
A proven people leader: you’ve hired, coached, and scaled a field team, ideally managing managers, and you know what great looks like in a rep.
An executive level partner: you earn the trust of health system, ACO, physician group, or Medicare Advantage leadership and structure partnerships that work for both sides.
A systems builder who runs on data: you turn chaos into a repeatable motion with playbooks, territory plans, and field systems, and you manage the team to the numbers.
Clear communicator and partner: you work well with clinical, ops, payer, and marketing teams and can align the founders around a plan.
Deep empathy for the people we serve: our patients are 65 and older, many seeking mental health care for the first time, and you’re motivated to get them the care they deserve.
Bonus: experience in behavioral health, Medicare, or value based care, or Spanish fluency.
