Job Description:

The Country Technology Director is responsible for leading the technology and payment strategy, operations, governance, and transformation agenda within a specific country. The role ensures alignment between global technology standards and local business priorities while overseeing technology delivery, operational stability, cybersecurity, infrastructure, workplace services, and business partnership activities.

🚀 Your next challenge:

In the middle of Pluxee Business Transformation and Digitalization, your mission as our new IT and Payment Director reporting to the VP IT&Payments of Latam & US, is to be focused on defining the country's IT roadmap, driving convergence to Pluxee One Platform Architecture. You will look at boosting efficiency, industrializing, standardizing, and harmonizing solutions to optimize build and run costs, reaching economies of scale. Also, you will focus on developing a multi-year roadmap for the Colombian operation and managing global IT budgets and expenditures, while contributing to the mutualization of resources and service centers at the global/regional level.

• Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives.
• Oversee all IT operations and ensure efficient and secure IT systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions.
• Manage technology budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with technology standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to the technology team.

🌟 You’re a match

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, preferably in global/multinational environments.
• 4+ years in a leadership role, ideally reporting to the CEO/C-Level.
• Experience working in Financial and Payments companies is highly valued.
• Experience working with Azure, Datadog, IAC (Infrastructure as a code), CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment) ERP systems, cybersecurity tools and Artificial Intelligence is highly valued.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent preferred. Cloud and Payment certification is ideal.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for this role.
• Availability to work in a hybrid working scheme (Bogota, Colombia).
• Technical Competencies: Architecture Design, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Management, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Technology Strategy, Cloud Infrastucture and AI.
• Behavioral Competencies: Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Flexibility, Communication skills, Strategic Decision-Making.
