Rillet serves accounting and finance teams, the financial brains of their companies. Our job is to help them run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight.
Rillet is the Agentic ERP built for modern finance teams. We help companies automate the most critical parts of finance, from closing the books and recognizing revenue to consolidating entities and reporting to investors. More than 600 companies run on Rillet, including Mercor, Scribe, and Function Health, and we partner with leading accounting firms including EY and KPMG.
We’re building in one of the largest software markets in the world, with the momentum to match. Rillet has raised more than $200M, is valued at $1B, and is backed by Sequoia, a16z, ICONIQ, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, and other leading investors. We’re using that backing to build the financial infrastructure for the next generation of companies and help every business run its numbers at the speed of AI.
Rillet’s pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. To succeed here, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility.
The people who thrive at Rillet do not wait for assignments. They internalize the mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for.
Our work revolves around our customers. The people who succeed here are energized by delivering what matters most, even when it was not part of the original plan.
Rillet is built on deep accounting expertise, and it takes people from many disciplines to build a category-defining company. You do not need to be an accountant to thrive here. You do need to care deeply about the problems we solve and the impact our customers can create. Together, we combine the precision of accounting with the speed, creativity, and ambition of AI-native software to power the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies while redefining what finance teams should expect from their software.
We are looking for a Director of Partner Implementation to build and lead the team, infrastructure and operating model that enable leading accounting and consulting firms to deliver Rillet-quality implementations at scale. You will oversee and own the entire partner implementation ecosystem and the Partner Implementation Managers who train, certify and oversee each partner. This is an opportunity to shape how Rillet scales through partners. The ideal candidate has led a partner, channel or SI ecosystem implementing finance or accounting software, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys building systems and developing managers.
This role reports to the VP Solutions, with a dotted line to the Head of Partnerships.
We're primarily looking for teammates who are based near our New York City, San Francisco or Chicago offices, or open to relocating. For this role, we're also open to remote candidates based anywhere in the United States. Our hybrid schedule brings office-based team members together in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day each week. Some roles may spend more time in the office depending on the needs of the team.
Own partner relationships. Oversee every implementation partner, running business reviews with partner leadership on capacity, pipeline, quality and growth.
Lead and scale the team. Hire, coach and develop the Partner Implementation Managers, and grow the team as partner volume increases.
Raise the quality bar. Define what Rillet-quality delivery means for partner-led work and run project health reviews.
Train and certify partners. Own the curriculum, readiness bar and onboarding playbook that take new partners from kickoff to independence.
Solve what isn’t working. Own the escalation path for platform, data and configuration issues, and turn recurring problems into better documentation, training, tooling and product feedback.
Build the operating rhythm. Run weekly team reviews, monthly partner reviews and quarterly business reviews with the VP Solutions, and report the metrics that show the program is healthy.
Build to scale. Maintain the playbooks and tooling that let the program grow without you in every room.
Lead across Rillet. Partner with every function to make our partners, and our team, successful.
A track record building and running partner, channel or SI programs, ideally for ERP or other finance software
Experience hiring, developing and leading a team of managers, with a record of building high-performing teams
Strong relationships with, or the ability to quickly build them with, accounting and consulting firm leadership, plus comfort leading through influence
Implementation depth to judge quality and troubleshoot partner work hands-on
A builder’s instinct for systems over one-off projects: playbooks, cadences and tools that scale
A fast-moving style, with a sharp eye for detail and energy for startup pace
Strong organization to juggle multiple partners and priorities, and clear communication across technical teams, non-technical teams and executives
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage or Oracle, and with SaaS revenue recognition and ASC 606, is a strong plus
The expected OTE range for this role is $220,000–$250,000 in New York City and San Francisco. Final compensation within this range will depend on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and the scope of the role. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
