About Moloco:
Moloco is an AI-native performance advertising company, bringing the power of AI advertising to the open internet. Founded in 2013 by machine learning engineers who had built AI advertising systems inside the world's largest technology companies, Moloco began from a shared mission: to build that same engine for the open internet.
Today, Moloco is one company with two businesses, built on the same compound AI system. Moloco Ads is our AI-native performance advertising platform, helping mobile app marketers acquire, retain, and re-engage high-value users across the open internet. Moloco Commerce Media is our AI-native retail media platform, enabling retailers and marketplaces to turn their platforms into thriving ad businesses. Both are powered by CARA (Compound Ad Recommendation Architecture), the AI system behind every Moloco product.
At Moloco, we bring together those who've already solved hard problems and those with the drive to. Here, we work on some of the complex problems in AI advertising, at a scale and level of sophistication very few companies can offer. Come build what's next.
The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco
CTV is one of Moloco's fastest-growing businesses. The next chapter is about focus: laying a strong foundation, continuing to deliver performance that advertisers trust, and scaling into new durable customer segments.
You will be a senior product leader for Moloco's CTV business. You will own product strategy and turn customer needs and advances in machine learning into products that drive advertiser outcomes and long-term business growth.
This includes:
- Strategy: Deciding where to play and how to win in CTV. You will identify the advertiser segments and demand pools with the clearest path to product-market fit and decide when to scale up or exit.
- Foundational Layers: Strengthening the foundations of CTV across performance, identity and signals, and measurement. You will partner with engineering and data science to improve campaign results and supply quality, connect CTV viewing to outcomes in apps and on the web, and give advertisers measurement they trust.
- Advertiser experience: Making it easy for advertisers to onboard, launch, manage, and scale CTV campaigns.
- Go-to-market and partnerships: Taking new products to market and shaping integrations with publishers, supply partners, and measurement providers.
Your work will shape how advertisers use CTV to acquire customers and grow their businesses, while defining how Moloco differentiates and scales in this market.
The Opportunity
As Director of Product Management, CTV, you will work at the intersection of performance advertising, machine learning, and the streaming ecosystem. You will set direction across multiple product areas, make investment decisions, and align teams around one clear strategy for building and scaling the CTV business.
You will work directly with advertisers and partners to find unmet needs, validate opportunities, and turn what you learn into product priorities. With engineering, data science, sales, and product marketing, you will guide products from discovery through launch and adoption. That creates a tight feedback loop between customer outcomes and what we build next.
You will:
- Deliver advertiser experiences that matter: Understand what CTV advertisers need and where they get stuck, then lead teams to build intuitive, indispensable products.
- Drive measurable business growth: Own business outcomes such as ad spend, share of wallet, and advertiser performance.
- Lead innovation in the market: Spot new opportunities and technical advances in CTV, and keep Moloco ahead of the competition.
- Influence across the organization: Be a key voice for the advertiser with leaders across engineering, data science, sales, and marketing, and rally the resources this business needs.
This role requires a leader who connects long-term strategy with hands-on product judgment. You are comfortable in ambiguity and decide where to play before deciding how to win. You set clear success metrics, make the trade-offs between near-term performance and foundational investments, and build the product team needed to execute across a complex, fast-changing business.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- Product leadership: 12+ years of experience, including 8+ in product management, leading strategy and execution across a significant portfolio or business line. You set a multi-year vision while staying close to product details and holding teams accountable for results.
- CTV fluency: Strong understanding of the CTV ecosystem, including streaming publishers, programmatic supply, cross-device identity, and the challenges of demonstrating performance and incrementality.
- End-to-end adtech experience: Experience building adtech products from 0-to-1 and scaling them into meaningful businesses, with accountability for customer outcomes, adoption, and commercial performance. You understand the full advertiser experience and the systems behind it, from account creation and campaign setup through targeting, bidding, optimization, attribution, measurement, and reporting.
- Building new businesses: A track record of finding product-market fit in a new market or segment, taking products to market with sales, marketing and partnerships, and driving adoption. You operate with a startup mindset, a bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Technical and analytical depth: Experience partnering closely with engineering and data science on machine learning or data-intensive products. You can evaluate technical trade-offs, connect platform investments to customer and business value, and earn the respect of technical counterparts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the CTV ecosystem, including streaming publishers, programmatic supply, cross-device identity, how CTV buyers allocate budgets, and the challenges of proving performance and incrementality
- Understand mobile adtech ecosystem such as SSPs, SDKs, MMPs, and mediation layers
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and the responsible use of first-party and third-party data
- Familiarity with video and CTV ad formats, including interactive and shoppable formats
