Who We Are
At Orion Global Solutions, we’re not your typical tech consultancy. As a Salesforce Summit Partner (the highest tier!) and one of the fastest-growing Salesforce partners in the New York Metro area, we bring innovation, speed, and genuine collaboration to every client interaction. But what truly sets us apart? Our people-first culture. We foster an environment where curiosity is encouraged, growth is inevitable, and every voice is heard. At Orion, you’re not just part of a company—you’re part of something exciting, impactful, and real.
The Role
As our Director of Solution Architecture, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions while helping shape the future of Orion's technical capabilities.
This is a senior, billable, client-facing role that combines solution architecture, technical leadership, and strategic problem-solving. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and guide technical teams through successful implementations.
Beyond client delivery, you'll serve as a trusted technical leader, providing architectural guidance, mentoring team members, and driving best practices across engagements. As Orion continues to grow, you'll also have the opportunity to take on direct people leadership responsibilities, helping build and develop a high-performing technical team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about leading people and delivering meaningful client outcomes. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, roll up their sleeves when needed, and make a real impact on both our clients and our growing organization.
