• Integrated Communications & Collaboration: Partner across strategy, creative, analytics and account teams to connect paid media with broader communications programs and ensure content and channel strategies work together.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.
• Business Growth & Capability Development: Contribute to new business opportunities, identify ways to expand client engagements and help strengthen Zeno's paid media capabilities through emerging trends, tools and strategic thinking.

About You:

• Experience developing and leading paid media strategies across social, search, programmatic and other digital channels.
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
