And you will be passionate & drive a rigorous testing & learning roadmap.

In-house & Agency leadership. You will be a hands-on player-coach with our talented team Also, you will continue to utilize our embedded agency partnership to drive bigger, faster, stronger efficient growth.  That means establishing clear performance expectations, accountability, building productive working rhythms, ensuring the agency continues to work as an extension of the internal team rather vs a separate function, but that our internal specialists continue to be accountable & take ownership of their channel & numbers.

Creative and conversion optimization. Working closely with our ACQ Teammates, Brand, Creative, Ecom, & Product teams to help you drive your performance testing roadmap (across creatives, landing pages, etc.) You will establish a test-and-learn roadmap that runs continuously across creative, copy, audience targeting, and page performance.
