Job Description:

As we continue to expand services and invest in surgical growth, we are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead our talented perioperative team and help shape the future of surgical care.
This highly visible leadership role provides 24/7 operational and clinical oversight for:
✅ Operating Room (OR)
✅ PACU
✅ Endoscopy
✅ Pre-Admission Testing
✅ Central Sterile Processing (CSP)
✅ Surgical Scheduling
✅ Inventory & Resource Management
Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director partners closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing leaders, and executive leadership to drive quality, growth, efficiency, and exceptional patient outcomes.
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
✔ Master's Degree in Nursing or related field required
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Nurse Manager in Surgical Services
✔ Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience within Surgical Services
✔ Operating Room nursing experience preferred
✔ Current Massachusetts RN License
✔ Strong knowledge of federal and Massachusetts healthcare regulations
✔ Expertise in perioperative services operations and care delivery
✔ Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and financial management skills
✔ Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complex operations
✔ Flexible scheduling to support a 24/7 surgical environment

Pay Range:
$155,002.00 USD - $210,995.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
