Overview of the Role:
Glance TV is turning the largest screen in the home into something smarter, more personal, and more interactive. Powered by AI, it brings together content discovery, commerce, personalization, advertising, and engagement on the connected TV, and Glance is being integrated natively into connected-TV ecosystems, including Android/Google TV and Samsung’s Tizen OS.
We are looking for a senior, independent business development leader to expand Glance TV’s distribution and product integration partnerships across the U.S. connected-TV ecosystem. This is a senior individual-contributor role for a proven dealmaker with strong executive relationships across TV OEMs, operating systems, set-top box providers, pay-TV operators, and connected-device platforms.
You’ll drive partnerships that embed Glance into TV platforms and devices, expanding consumer reach while creating sustainable commercial opportunities. You will own the entire partnership lifecycle, from identifying distribution opportunities and negotiating agreements to driving product integrations, launches, and expansion. If you enjoy turning big partnership ideas into launches that people actually use, this role gives you ownership of that work.
You will work directly with senior leaders and shape how Glance reaches consumers through leading TV manufacturers, operating systems, and distribution platforms. This role offers significant ownership, executive visibility, and the opportunity to help define the future of connected television.
Location: This role is based onsite in our New York City office and requires approximately 70% travel.

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide a competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors, including role, nature of experience, skills, and location.
The base or fixed salary for this role ranges from $229,500 to $258,000 USD (min to max of base salary). This salary range is applicable to our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, a Glancer may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation.
*Our ranges may vary based on the final location or region of the roles in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.
In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, a Glancer can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stock to you. Ownership of stock enables us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on the company’s best interests. To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we grant Glancers and InMobians relevant company stock(s).
