This contract opportunity is ideal for a consultant who combines strong functional expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Lead requirements-gathering and business process workshops with German-speaking stakeholders, conducting sessions fluently in German.
Analyse existing processes and deliver fit-gap assessments, identifying standard Dynamics 365 configuration options, areas requiring customisation, and opportunities for business process change.
Translate business requirements into clear target processes and functional solution designs that delivery teams can implement.
Present and defend proposed solutions with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with operational needs and programme objectives.
Support business users throughout testing, validation, and formal sign-off activities.
Help stakeholders transition to live use, supporting adoption and addressing functional questions during implementation.
Communicate findings, risks, dependencies, and solution options to the wider programme team in English.
6–7 years of relevant experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement functional consultant or Dynamics CRM business analyst.
Demonstrable implementation experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or both.
Proven experience leading discovery and fit-gap assessments, supported by clear, documented deliverables.
Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, configuration options, and business process design.
Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to facilitate workshops and produce functional documentation in German and communicate programme updates in English.
Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Based in the UK or Europe, with the legal right to work in the country of residence.
Fully remote working arrangement.
Contract engagement with a day-rate compensation model; rate to be agreed.
Opportunity to contribute to a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement initiative with direct business stakeholder involvement.
Business-facing responsibilities that combine process analysis, functional solution design, testing, and user adoption.
Collaborative, international working environment using both German and English.
Opportunity to apply specialist Dynamics 365 expertise without a primary software development focus.
