Explain program requirements, incentives, and changes with clarity and professionalism
Verify implementation steps and ensure all customer paperwork is accurate and complete
Ensure customers understand expectations before, during, and after DR events
Technical & Operational Support
Troubleshoot technical or programmatic issues and recommend solutions aligned with program specifications
Collaborate with engineering and program teams to evaluate technical requirements or changes
Record and track customer interactions, documentation, and status updates using approved systems
Support program operations by preparing sales forecasts, tracking participation metrics, and communicating updates to the Program Manager
