Job Summary
Manage and coordinate complex projects supporting economic development initiatives, large customer growth opportunities, and data center integration activities. Serve as a key point of contact between internal business partners and external customers to ensure successful project execution, stakeholder alignment, and customer satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to analyze business and project information to support sound decision making.
Experience coordinating technical, operational, and business teams toward common objectives.
Ability to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution.
Strong business acumen and understanding of project financials, forecasting, and budgeting.
Understanding of utility operations, economic development processes, and customer growth initiatives is preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
Travel typically 25% or less, with additional travel as business needs require.

$136,539.00 - $177,503.00The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
