Editorial Operations Associate

Overview

BoF is looking for an Editorial Operations Associate to join our Content Operations team. This is not an entry-level role. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a newsroom, publishing house or similar media environment, who can take real ownership of editorial production, AI-assisted workflows and support the key editorial products like BoF 500.

You'll be trusted to run processes independently, make judgment calls under deadline pressure and work closely with editors and reporters, as well as the Design, Social Media and Multimedia Teams.

BoF is also becoming an AI-native company, and this role sits close to that shift: you'll use our approved AI tools daily, help shape how the newsroom adopts them, and hold the line on human verification and editorial standards as automation expands.

You'll also have:

• Proven experience working on editorial production processes with minimal supervision
