As a person, you are motivated and creative. You bring new perspectives to design challenges and are comfortable navigating change and making decisions. You are able to lead projects from concept to completion through design partners while also contributing to smaller projects or technical studies alongside your main assignment.
Perhaps you have gained solid design experience in just a few years, or perhaps you have already enjoyed a long career in electronics engineering. What matters most is deep technical knowledge and the ability to create results through collaboration while capable of independently driving electronics requirements.
At GN, we support flexible working whenever possible. We trust our people to manage their responsibilities, know when in-person collaboration adds value, and be present when it matters most.
