Job Title : 嵌入式软件工程师（Linux / MCU）-OTA

 

Job Responsibilities

负责 OTA（Over-the-Air）和 OTW（Over-the-Wire）软件升级方案在 Linux 和 MCU 平台上的设计、开发、集成和维护。确保安全、可靠、可扩展的软件升级能力，支持当前产品迭代需求以及未来平台演进。涵盖升级流程设计、签名校验、安全校验、回滚机制、分发管理和版本维护。

• 负责 OTA/OTW 升级方案的设计与实现，覆盖 Linux 平台和 MCU 平台。
• 设计并实现安全可靠的升级流程，包括包制作、校验、签名、安装、回滚和状态管理。
• 与底层平台、应用层及测试团队协同，推动升级功能在目标硬件上的稳定集成。
• 优化升级传输、断点续传、失败重试和异常恢复机制，提高升级成功率和可靠性。
• 维护升级包版本管理、发布流程和生命周期管理，确保不同版本之间兼容与回退性。
• 分析生产环境和实验环境中的升级问题，定位根因并持续优化升级方案。
• 配合软件发布、质量管理和现场支持，确保升级方案可用于量产和后续维护。

 

Qualifications:

• 计算机、软件工程、电子工程、自动化或相关专业，本科及以上学历。
• 5年以上嵌入式软件开发经验。
• 熟练掌握 C/C++ 编程语言，具备 Linux 平台以及MCU开发经验。
• 熟悉 Linux 和 MCU 的嵌入式软件开发流程，具备 OTA/OTW 相关工程实践经验。
• 了解软件分发、升级包格式、签名校验、安全验证和回滚策略。
• 具备嵌入式系统调试能力，能够利用日志、串口、抓包和版本分析定位问题。
• 具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能够与硬件、平台、测试和产品团队沟通协作。
• 具备较强的文档和问题分析能力，能够输出清晰的设计说明、测试方案和故障复盘。
