EMEA Field Marketing Manager - Workvivo

What you can expect

Workvivo enhances organizational connections, engagement, and communication through its AI-powered employee experience platform. Acquired by Zoom in 2023, it blends SaaS agility with global technology innovation.

The Field Marketing Manager EMEA oversees regional marketing efforts. Responsibilities include executing a tiered ABM strategy for key accounts, creating regional field calendars, and collaborating closely with Sales teams to drive pipeline growth.

This impactful role requires managing regional initiatives, fostering partnerships, and delivering measurable results. It offers an opportunity to lead efforts and build meaningful collaborations.

The position operates in a hybrid capacity from Ireland or the Netherlands.

About the Team

You'll join the Global Field & Strategic Events team, sitting within the broader Growth & Demand Generation function. Our buyers are enterprise leaders including CHROs, CIOs, and Internal Communications leaders, so this role is built around account based marketing as its operating model.

Responsibilities

• Executing the EMEA field marketing strategy as a tiered ABM approach: 1:1 for specific strategic accounts, 1:few for account groups, and 1:many for broader segments.

• Building and managing the regional field calendar in collaboration with Sales and SDR leadership, customized to account tier, concentration, and deal stage.

• Owning a pipeline target for the EMEA region, generating and accelerating pipeline across all account levels, and maintaining consistent standards with other demand channels.

• Supporting the strategy and execution of global flagship events, such as Workvivo Engage, as part of the broader ABX initiative in EMEA.

• Managing the regional field and events budget while ensuring accountability for pipeline efficiency rather than focusing solely on event volume or attendance.

• Building and maintaining the transition process with Sales Development and Sales ensures every account receives timely, coordinated follow-up aligned with the origin's engagement level. Partnering with Revenue Operations to manage attribution and route leads effectively across all three tiers within the United States.

• Executing the playbooks and processes outlined by the Global Lead of Field and Strategic Events while contributing to their continuous improvement.

• Representing EMEA field and events performance in regional and global reporting, with pipeline contribution as the primary focus.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in field marketing, ABM, or integrated marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.

• Demonstrate experience executing a tiered ABM motion: 1:1 for top accounts, 1:few for clusters, and 1:many/ABX for scale - not just familiarity with the concept.

• Demonstrate expertise in optimizing pipeline efficiency beyond event volume, focusing on cost-effectiveness and measurable outcomes rather than attendance or brand metrics.

• Manage a regional field budget and report pipeline contributions to senior leadership effectively and accurately.

• Collaborate effectively across functions while working closely with Sales, Sales Development, and Demand Generation teams to achieve shared objectives.

• Possess experience in SaaS or B2B technology. Demonstrate knowledge in HR technology, employee experience, or a related field.

• Present performance data and strategy effectively to senior leadership.

• Reside in the EMEA region and travel regionally when necessary.
