At We., we've spent decades at the intersection of technology and humanity, bridging the gap between what businesses create and how people experience those creations. We've learned that beneath even the most unruly situations — whether it's a global crisis, an emerging technology, or a sweeping organizational change—lies a simple human need. That need could be for trust, connection, safety, or a sense of purpose. But it’s always there. And it is only by uncovering these truths that we can make real, meaningful progress.
At WE, we believe that great people know great people. That's why we’re excited to introduce our Future Opportunities Referral program, designed for our valued employees to refer exceptional talent for future roles within our dynamic organization.
Your referrals help us build a team of the sharpest minds in the business, ready to tell compelling stories and drive positive action. We appreciate your contribution to WE's growth and success by connecting us with individuals who share our passion and vision.
When you refer someone through this program, our Talent Acquisition team will review their background and skillset. As new opportunities arise, we'll reach out if there's a match. Your referral could be the next person to join our diverse and innovative team, working on intriguing projects and with some of the world's most exciting brands.
At WE, we're all about celebrating diverse perspectives and elevating our people and their stories. We're committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels free to bring their authentic selves to work. Your referrals help us continue this mission.
We value your effort in referring great people to WE. Together, we can continue to build an environment where creativity thrives and where we can all achieve more, together.
