As an Analyst II specializing in Epic EMR (Clinical Documentation), your core responsibility is to lead and support education initiatives for the hospital’s Epic clinical documentation systems at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. This includes designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support inpatient nursing, respiratory therapy, allied health professionals, and unlicensed assistive personnel in effectively using Epic to support clinical workflows and patient care.
In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent training efforts and enhancement initiatives, develop and maintain Inpatient Orders curricula, and support ongoing optimization of Epic functionality through education and system knowledge. This is one of the most active training roles, facilitating two to three classes per week while concurrently managing multiple enhancement or project-level initiatives at any given time. In addition, you will support curriculum review, ongoing maintenance, and management of the Epic training environment to ensure content remains current, effective, and aligned with evolving clinical workflows.
This position is open due to internal growth within the Epic team, creating an opportunity to step into a highly visible, fast-paced training role supporting clinicians across the organization.
Please note that this position follows a hybrid work model and requires periodic on-site presence to support training delivery, collaboration, and operational needs.
