The programming focuses on:
With a tight-knit, relationship-driven campus culture, Queen’s has grown into one of the largest Hillel’s in Canada with a reputation for fostering a strong sense of community, and that’s deeply reflected in Jewish student life. Students are highly engaged, open to deep relationships with staff, and enthusiastic about both social and values-driven programming. Students are curious, thoughtful, and often come from diverse Jewish and political backgrounds. The team here works collaboratively and creatively, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, experimentation, and leadership development.
Hillel Ontario is the largest Hillel organization affiliated with Hillel International, supporting over 14,000 Jewish students across nine Universities in Ontario. Hillel engages with, empowers, and inspires the leadership of more Jewish university and college students than all other endeavours combined. By promoting Jewish identity through life-changing trips and campus initiatives, cultivating student leadership, and embracing religious and political diversity in an inclusive environment, students learn to make a meaningful impact on the future of the Jewish people and the world while they grow intellectually, socially, and spiritually. In the end, our mission is to enrich the lives of Ontario Jewish students so that they may enrich the Jewish community, Israel, and the world.

Today, Hillel International continues to enrich the lives of Jewish students and is the largest Jewish campus organization in the world at nearly 1,000 colleges and universities across North America and around the world. As Hillel evolves as an organization, the mission remains steadfast: to create lasting connections with every Jewish student that foster an enduring commitment to Jewish life, learning, and Israel and train them to become the next Jewish leaders.
