The Canada EIT Rotations Program is a structured development program designed to strengthen TC Energy’s future engineering talent pipeline by providing early-career engineers with planned cross-functional experience, field exposure, and progressive responsibility. Participants will gain broad technical, operational, and business experience while building the capabilities required to support professional licensure and long-term career growth at TC Energy.
Successful candidates will be hired into the Canada EIT Rotations Program and assigned to an initial rotational placement in one of the three participating organizations listed above. These are rotational development positions, not permanent placements into a single team, location, or discipline. Rotational assignments may include office-based work, field exposure, field-based assignments, operational support, and potential relocation depending on business and development needs.
Participation in rotational moves and assignment transitions is an expected component of the Canada EIT Rotations Program. Progression through rotational assignments and final placement decisions will be determined through Program governance processes and will consider business needs, workforce planning priorities, participant performance, demonstrated capabilities, professional licensure readiness, career interests, and available opportunities at the time.
