Purpose of the role
The Engineer plays a role in the implementation, and continuous improvement of client-facing technology solutions within the TFS environment.
The role ensures high availability, security, and performance of kiosk platforms, endpoint infrastructure, refund office networks, and automation solutions. The Senior Engineer acts as a technical authority and escalation point, bridging L2 operations and engineering capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Kiosk Application Management:
- Support application release deployments and upgrades
- Drive problem management and recurring issue resolution
- Endpoint & Device Management (Windows / Microsoft Entra / Intune)
- Manage client endpoints and kiosk devices globally
- Support device provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning
- Manage devices joined to Global Blue Entra, updating, patching and securing devices with policies.
- Process Automation & Optimization
- Contribute to:
- onboarding automation (user provisioning, device assignment)
- L1 support automation (ticket routing, workflows)
- Utilize scripting and tools (e.g. PowerShell, APIs)
- Support:
- reduction of manual processes
- faster resolution times
- standardized service delivery
- Technical Expertise
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more areas:
- kiosk platforms
- endpoint management
- automation
- Mentor and guide:
- Support knowledge sharing and documentation

Technical Skills
- Windows OS administration

Qualifications and educational requirements
