In this key senior leadership role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all engineering activity, ensuring our fleet is reliable, our depots are compliant and well-managed, and our people are supported to do their best work every day. You’ll report to the Managing Director and act as one of the nominated Transport Manager's on the Operator’s Licence. If you're ready to lead a high-performing team, deliver positive change, and keep our communities moving, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing

- Overseeing depot facilities, premises and engineering equipment across the region
- Promoting a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards
- Developing team capability through coaching, mentoring and technical training

- Willingness to travel across the South and live locally (relocation support available)
