Senior Engineering Manager

Munters, a global leader in innovative and sustainable climate solutions, is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead technical initiatives within our Product Engineering team. This role will provide strategic direction, develop engineering talent, and drive product innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers supporting product development
• Drive engineering strategies aligned with business and operational goals
• Support product design, redesign, and new product introductions
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Service teams to deliver solutions
• Champion Design for Manufacturing (DFM), continuous improvement, and Right First-Time initiatives
• Develop training programs and strengthen engineering capabilities
• Provide technical leadership for complex HVAC product solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of engineering experience with leadership responsibilities
• Strong background in HVAC design and component selection
• Experience with fans, coils, refrigeration systems, and gas heat applications
• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PLC programming, and HMI systems preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive collaboration
