What we need you to do and be
Bring your ideas. Challenge ours. Grow with us.

• You will lead and grow a software development team of 5 engineers

• You will be hands-on enough to understand the technical architecture and direction of the product, without needing to code day-to-day

• You will help define what "great" looks like for the team, in collaboration with the team itself

What you'll bring to the table
Our five values are our playbook. We speak up when things don't make sense. We stop doing what doesn't add value. We stay curious, back each other up, and make space for both innovation and laughter.

• Proven experience leading a software development team

• A software development background: understanding of architecture and technical trade-offs

• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills: able to bring out the best in a technically strong team without being overly directive

• Experience in manufacturing operations and how planning tools are used in practice

• Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• As a bonus, we consider the experience of working with an international team, plus great communication and organizational skills

What we consider an advantage

• Specific experience with production scheduling, whether building it or using it (e.g. Preactor, OMP, Kinaxis, or similar APS tools)

What we offer in return
You'll be supported and given the space to thrive. We offer meaningful work, flexibility, and a culture that backs you to share your voice and be authentic.

• An international career and learning opportunities

• A rapidly growing and financially robust software company with exciting opportunities for career growth, also in the future

• Flexibility in how and where you work

• Room to thrive in a fast-growing global company with a good market position

• Practical benefits that support work, family, wellness, and everyday life

• Annual leave

• Diverse, inclusive, and supportive work culture

• Work that meaningfully reduces waste and improves sustainability

• Ownership, autonomy and flat hierarchies

• Two paid volunteering days each year

• A fully remote-friendly team spanning Finland and Sweden
