Essential Functions

Observe the law and regulations, Obey and finish the daily working tasks on time by line leader, such as LED/Lens parts prepare, assembly, testing, inspection and related equipment operation and related working arrangement, ensure the work contents is completed well and meet the target. Participate in the study and training for the working actively, ensure the work quality and delivery requirement. Carry out the working instruction and document or manager guidance to work in strict. Wear the labor protection appliance well to protect occupational health and safety, ensure the working conditions and environment requirement. Carry out the daily routine inspection and make the relevant job records. Raise your hand to the line leader in time if you meet or find any abnormality and issues. Keep the 5S requirements of the post at work, and clean and maintain it as required every day

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Familiar with the production line 5S/quality/ factory safety protection requirements,etc. Basic computer skills and good communication. Good skills for LED or PCB manual soldering / Lens cleaning is preferred. Good skills for screwing and parts manual assembly. Good skills for filling in production record forms Good eyesight (above 1.0).

Minimum Education and Work Experience Required

High school or above

At least owned 1 year’s working experience in manual assembly work. Owned the basic chemicals (ethanol, glue, etc.) using and safety protection experience. Owned the working experience in cleaning room.
